The Archbot app (by Arch Atom) is designed to assist businesses in managing responses, comments, and orders via Facebook Pages and Messenger using Artificial Intelligence. This policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your data when you interact with our services.
2. Data We Collect
Automatically Collected:
- Your Facebook Display Name.
- Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) to enable messaging.
- Public comments made on the connected Page's posts.
Provided by You:
- Information shared in chat (e.g., Address, Phone Number) to fulfill orders.
- Text messages, audio recordings (Voice Notes), and images sent to the Page.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To analyze, understand, and respond to your text, audio, and visual inquiries in real-time.
- To moderate public comments (e.g., hiding abusive content) to maintain a safe community.
- To record and manage purchase orders on behalf of the business.
- To send automated follow-up messages regarding pending orders or abandoned carts.
4. Data Sharing & AI Processing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. The data you provide is shared exclusively with the Merchant (Page Admin) you are communicating with.
AI Processing: We utilize secure third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to process text, audio, and image inputs for generating intelligent responses. This data is processed securely and is not used to train public AI models.
Please note that the Merchant (Page Admin) already has direct and full access to your messages natively via the Facebook platform. Our role is strictly to technically organize this data on their behalf.
5. Data Deletion Instructions
We retain chat logs and order data as long as necessary to provide the service. If you wish to completely delete your data (User Data Deletion Request): You can contact the Page Admin directly, or email us at the address below. We will permanently erase all your records (including your PSID) from our servers within 7 business days.
