User Agreement & SaaS Policies
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Archbot platform (developed by Arch Atom), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Facebook & Meta Compliance
You agree to comply with all Facebook and Meta platform policies. You must not use our AI assistant to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages outside the allowed 24-hour standard messaging window, or engage in any prohibited commerce activities. Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of your Archbot account.
3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Archbot utilizes advanced AI models to process and respond to messages. While we strive for accuracy, AI can occasionally produce incorrect, inaccurate, or unintended responses ("hallucinations"). Arch Atom is not legally or financially liable for any damages, lost sales, or disputes arising from the AI's responses. It is your responsibility as the Page Admin to monitor the bot's interactions.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds
- Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly).
- Proration: Upgrading or downgrading plans during an active billing cycle will be automatically calculated and prorated by our system.
- No Refunds: All payments, including base subscriptions and add-on Top-ups, are final and non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
